Joseph K. is a respectable man. He is manager of a great bank, his landlord has never had to complain about him and his suit is always impeccable. However, the morning of his 30th birthday, Joseph K is arrested.
No-one seems to be aware of the reasons of him being under arrest. He loudly proclames not being guilty but isn't that already a guilty confession?
